1. Salon Services & Appointments
Booking
Appointments can be booked online through our website via Meevo, or by contacting the Fusion Salon team directly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.
Consultations
Advanced custom services, including hair extension applications, require a consultation to determine exact service requirements, color matching, and maintenance guidelines.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices for services and products displayed on our website or menu are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment for all completed services and retail purchases is due at the time of service completion.

6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal dispute shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Jacksonville (Duval County), Florida.

Fusion Salon reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
